Collaboration and Engagement Policy

At XBit Labs IN, we are committed to providing high-quality training and learning opportunities to individuals and institutions. To ensure transparency and alignment with our mission, we have established the following policy regarding collaborations and partnerships with institutions.

Eligibility for Collaboration

We are open to collaborating and working with institutions that have actively participated in at least one of our free training program offerings. Specifically, institutions must have enrolled in and successfully completed our Job-Oriented Training Program, as detailed on our official website: Job-Oriented Training Program.

This free training program typically lasts for a period of one month and is designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical insights into relevant industry skills.

Our Standard Process

1. Mandatory Free Training Participation: Institutions interested in collaborating with us must first complete at least one of our free training programs.

2. No Prior Fee Discussions: We strictly do not discuss any fees or payment-related matters before the completion of the free training.

3. Post-Training Collaboration Discussions: Once the free training has been successfully conducted, we will be open to further discussions regarding:

   • Paid training offerings

   • Customized collaboration models

   • Payment terms and conditions

   • Addressing any queries or doubts the institution may have

Non-Negotiable Terms

• Institutions that have not participated in at least one of our free training programs will not be eligible for any paid collaborations or discussions regarding paid services.

• No payment-related inquiries will be entertained before the completion of the free training program.

• We reserve the right to refuse collaboration requests from institutions that do not adhere to this process.

This policy is designed to ensure that institutions gain firsthand experience with our training methodologies before committing to any financial agreement. By adhering to this structured process, we can maintain the integrity of our programs and foster meaningful collaborations with institutions that share our commitment to skill development and learning.

Note : Apart from the training that we deliver, the policy also applies for the projects.
